1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods or services by the company. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the company to be valid.

2. Description of Goods
The company brochure and any provided drawings are for guidance only and do not constitute a contract. The company may alter specifications without prior notice. All kennel sizes are given in metric units and are approximate. As plastic can expand and contract under certain conditions, the company is not responsible for any movement of panels post-installation.

3. Prices
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. Once your deposit is received, the price is fixed for three months.

4. Payment
Goods remain the company's property until fully paid. A 50% deposit is required before manufacturing begins. The remaining balance is due on the installation day. The company reserves the right to dismantle and remove any unpaid buildings.

5. Delivery
All delivery times are estimates. Any changes will be communicated promptly with a new delivery date. Delivery prices vary and will depend on the customers location.

6. Bases and Installation
For kennel erection by the company, the customer must ensure a flat and level base unless discussed otherwise and drawings provided. The company is not liable for defects due to an inadequate bases. Customers must provide suitable access to prevent issue. If access is only available via building entrance or over fence, the company can not be held accountable for any damage caused. Erection prices are listed on the product page unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty
Kennels and catteries come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects from the supply date. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights and excludes damage from fair wear and tear, improper maintenance, willful damage, misuse, accidents, negligence, or adverse weather conditions. Some condensation may occur in severe conditions due to the material's non-absorbent nature.

8. Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

8.1. Promise to You: We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or loan identifiable customer information to third parties without consent. Information provided is handled with care and security and used only as consented.
8.2. Use of Information: We collect personal information only when knowingly provided by you, such as name, address, telephone number, and email.
8.3. Cookies: Currently, no cookies are used on this site, but a notice will be given if this changes.
