What are your builds made from?

All of our building are made from hight quality 38mm HDPE boarding which is impressively durable. This makes our products highly resistant to weather, impact and wear. It is also UV stabilised.

What actually is HDPE?

HDPE stands for High Density Poly Ethylene. It is a thermoplastic polymer made from petroleum and is one of the most versatile plastic materials around. It has a high-impact resistance and melting point.

Does HDPE plastic warp?

All of our HDPE panels are reinforced with 3mm thick, solid steel bars. This protects the building against warping and also aids its durability.

Are your builds well insulated?

All of our products are fully insulated with 38mm fire retardant polystyrene, which offers superior thermal performance all year round.

Is HDPE easy to clean?

HDPE is ultra-hygenic and very easily cleaned thanks to its high chemical resistance and the fact that bacteria finds it difficult to stick to the material itself.
